Dus vraag jezelf eens het volgende; hoe ga jij te werk bij het werven van nieuwe medewerkers? Hebben je recruitmentactiviteiten het gewenste effect? Trek je het juiste talent aan, zodat de organisatie haar doelen kan bereiken? Volg deze 9 stappen, stel jezelf wat kritische vragen en zet jouw strategisch recruitmentplan om in succes!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-strategy-and-alignment\">1. Strategy and Alignment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat is een strategisch recruitmentplan als het niet aansluit op de plannen van de organisatie? Precies. Stap \u00e9\u00e9n draait dus om jullie businessplan. Op het moment dat je als organisatie weet waar je voor staat en waar je naartoe wilt de komende jaren, kun je gaan vaststellen hoe je recruitmentkoers eruit gaat zien. Welke mensen met welke competenties heb je nodig om de strategische doelen te behalen? <a href=\"http:\/\/timetohire-backup.twelvetwentystage.com\/news\/how-to-3-het-opstellen-van-een-recruitment-budget-in-7-stappen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wat wordt het recruitmentbudget<\/a>? Deze stap draait om afstemming en helderheid. Je recruitmentstrategie bepaalt immers mede het succes van de onderneming.<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zijn onze bedrijfsdoelstellingen helder voor de hele organisatie?<\/li><li>Zijn de (kern)waardes, missie en visie (oftewel onze corporate identity) vastgelegd?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Awareness<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu iedereen in de organisatie de rol van recruitment kent en zich bewust is van het belang van een goede recruitmentstrategie, is het zaak dit beeld naar buiten toe uit te stralen. Je moet dus aan je employer brand bouwen en de interne en externe communicatie op elkaar af te stemmen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.skillsplatform.org\/blog\/the-benefits-of-employer-branding-examples-and-strategies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wist je dat 95% van werkzoekenden dit namelijk belangrijk vinden en 69% solliciteert zelfs niet als het bedrijf geen sterk employer brand heeft.<\/a> Van de doelgroepanalyse en persona\u2019s tot de kernwaarden en EVP, ze moeten bekend zijn bij al je medewerkers.<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze<\/strong> <strong>stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Is de EVP opgesteld en kennen we de belangrijkste pullfactoren?<\/li><li>Weet iedereen in de organisatie welke mensen we zoeken?<\/li><li>Delen onze medewerkers actief openstaande vacatures in hun netwerk?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Interest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Schieten met hagel heeft natuurlijk weinig zin. Daarom wil je recruitmentmarketingstrategie\u00ebn specifiek op jouw doelgroep richten. Dit vraagt om kennis en inzicht. Waar zit de doelgroep? Hoe zoekt je ideale kandidaat? <a href=\"http:\/\/timetohire-backup.twelvetwentystage.com\/news\/meer-sollicitaties-met-recruitment-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tot slot, hoe bereik je ze?<\/a> Door de juiste middelen en media in te zetten, verover je precies de aandacht van degenen die je zoekt.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zijn onze vacatures aangepast op onze doelgroep?<\/li><li>Hebben we een contentstrategie en contentplanning?<\/li><li>Zijn we zichtbaar op de plekken waar onze doelgroep zich bevindt? <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Consistency<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Recruitment wordt nu gedragen en op de juiste manier ingezet. Vervolgens is het tijd voor stap vier van je strategisch recruitmentplan: mensen aan je verbinden en een talentpool bouwen. Referral recruitment is hier een goed instrument voor. Of je kandidaten nu via-via, via LinkedIn of via social media benadert: doe dit altijd persoonlijk en leg het recruitmentproces en kandidaatgegevens goed vast.<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gebruiken we een Applicant Tracking System of CRM om gegevens in bij te houden?<\/li><li>Hebben we een referral programma en brengen we dit tenminste \u00e9\u00e9nmaal per maand onder de aandacht bij onze medewerkers?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Application<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Heel belangrijk is een goede en gestandaardiseerde sollicitatieprocedure <a href=\"http:\/\/timetohire-backup.twelvetwentystage.com\/news\/candidate-experience-is-er-een-juiste-manier-om-sollicitanten-te-bereiken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">die kandidaten als positief ervaren.<\/a> Vergelijk het met de belofte die Coolblue doet; alles voor een glimlach. Werk het hele proces eens voor jezelf uit. Zorg ervoor dat kandidaten persoonlijk worden benaderd, dat iedere betrokkene kan zien waar kandidaten staan in het sollicitatieproces \u00e9n vraag kandidaten om feedback na afloop.<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hebben we de candidate journey vastgelegd en doorlopen we deze regelmatig?<\/li><li>Hebben we het sollicitatieproces zo laagdrempelig mogelijk gemaakt? Dus geen uitgebreide formulieren en cv\u2019s toevoegen via de telefoon.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Select<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na werven komt selecteren. Kijk hiervoor naar het opgestelde functieprofiel en de vooraf bepaalde gewenste competenties. Past iemand in de rol en voegt hij of zij iets toe aan de bedrijfscultuur? Train hiring managers in het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en streef naar een objectief en eerlijk selectieproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hebben we een competentiegericht functieprofiel met de hiring managers opgesteld?<\/li><li>Is er een diversiteits- en inclusiviteitsbeleid?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Hires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, je hebt iemand gevonden! Nu de afronding van het proces nog. Stap zeven omvat het arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek, de onderhandeling en het maken van de arbeidsovereenkomst. Wacht niet te lang met het doen van een aanbod. Zorg dat de kandidaat deze zo snel mogelijk ontvangt om het afbreukrisico zo veel mogelijk te verlagen. Daarnaast geldt hier ook: vraag om motivatie en feedback.<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Is recruitment verantwoordelijk voor het hele wervingsproces, van sollicitatie tot aanbieding? Hier kan en mag het antwoord nooit \u2018nee\u2019 zijn.<\/li><li>Vragen we altijd door op de redenen waarom iemand uit het proces stapt, of het aanbod niet accepteert?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Pre-\/onboarding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je wil dat nieuwe medewerkers zich snel welkom en thuis voeln. Stap acht is dan ook onmisbaar in een goed strategisch recruitmentplan. Houd contact tussen het moment van tekenen en de eerste werkdag en zorg dat alles goed geregeld is. Hoe beter de onboarding, hoe sneller iemand up and running is en hoe groter de kans op langdurig succes. Een super goede <a href=\"https:\/\/hronboard.me\/blog\/4-shocking-employee-onboarding-statistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">onboarding verhoogt namelijk de retentie met maar liefst 82%!<\/a>&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Voorbeeldvragen bij deze stap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hebben we een pre- en onboarding programma en een inwerktraject?<\/li><li>Krijgt een nieuwe medewerker een buddy die hem of haar op weg helpt de eerste weken?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Data-feedbackloop<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om je recruitmentstrategie continu te verbeteren, moet je zaken meten. Met geschikte tools onderzoek je zaken als doorlooptijd, conversie, kosten per vacature en candidate experience. Beschik je hier nog niet over dan kan je al een hele mooie stap maken met Excel of zelf een rapport bouwen in Google DataStudio.
